Warranty and Return Policies
 
 
Lamps   We cannot refund your money if you order the wrong lamp. If you order the wrong lamp, we will give you full credit for what you paid for the lamp (less shipping) towards the correct lamp. For safety reasons, if the packaging has been opened,  we cannot return them to stock and resell them without testing. If a lamp is defective within 60 days, we will sell a replacement lamp to you and charge your credit card. When we receive your original lamp, and when we test it - if is found to be defective we will credit you for the cost of the lamp only. We are an authorized service center for many brands. We only order NEW lamps from the manufacturer's designated parts supplier for warranty parts.

REBUILT lamps are sold with a 60 day, no questions asked warranty. If a rebuilt lamp should fail for any reason, other than physical damage, the full amount of the lamp (less shipping) will be credited to your purchase of either another rebuilt lamp or an upgrade to a new lamp. If you opt for a new lamp, you only pay the difference in price plus shipping. We rebuild our own lamps.

Most DLP and LCD projectors have lamp timers that keep track of the hours used. Make sure you know how to reset it.

Wrong Lamp
& Exchanges		 Lamp part number to model number matches come directly from the maufacturer as well as any subsitutions. Intech Labs is not responsible for it's accuracy.

Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds allowed. You may exchange what you pruchased for a different product in the same category, unless that product is where-is/as-is. Items to be exchanged must be in the original, unopened package unless you have prior approval from us. In any event, shipping and handling are at your expense.
Lamp Safety Makes sure that the lamp in the TV is completely cold. Leave off for at least and hour.

Place your hand near the lamp and if you still feel heat DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP. Lamps are under high pressure.

Do not attempt to modify or take-apart the lamp. Severe injury can occur if not handled properly.
